Can PabangoPH deliver anywhere in the Philipines?

YES. PabangoPH has partnered with the leading delivery services in the Philippines such as LBC, Grab, Lalamove, NinjaVan, MrSpeedy, etc.

How much should I pay for the shipping fee?

NONE. PabangoPH offers Free Shipping to anywhere in the Philippines.

I made a mistake in my delivery address. How can I edit it?

Do not worry. Just send us a message at sales@pabangoph.com within 24 hours and we shall change the delivery address information for you.

Can I purchase multiple items and have them delivered to different addresses?

SURE. We can do that! Just talk to us about it when we call you after you checked out.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

It will take about 3 to 5 business days. But for most of the time, it would be lesser.

Can I pick up my order at PabangoPH office?

Unfortunately, PabangoPH is currently not offering this option.

Will I get a Tracking Number for my order?

YES. You will receive an SMS or Email message with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Do I need an account on your website to place an Order?

No. You are most welcome to shop and buy from our store as a guest.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Unfortunately, We are only taking orders within the Philippines

If I'm not at my home (delivery address), Can I assign another person to receive the item for me?

YES. Since this is a Cash On Delivery, your representative may give the payment to the courier.
