2.0 ORDER & SHIPPING
2.1 Paano ba umorder sa inyo ng Pabango?
Napakadali lamang po ng proseso. Piliin lamang ang gusto nyong Pabango dito sa aming online store at pindutin ang "ADD TO CART". Then pindutin ang "CHECKOUT" button. Siguraduhin po lamang na tama ang nilagay ninyong Pangalan, Adress (kung saan ipapadala), at ang inyong cellphone number.
2.2 Pagkatapos ko pong mag checkout, ano po ang aking gagawin?
Pag tapos nyo pong mag checkout, marereceive na po namin ang inyong order. Kayo po ay makaka tanggap ng order confirmation sa pamamagitan ng SMS or Email or both. Ang inyong mga order ay sisimulan ng ma processo at iimpake. Pagkatapos nito ay maari na po namin syan mai book for pick-up ng aming authorized courier parter.
2.3 Gaano katagal para ma recieve ko ang aking inorder?
Matatanggap nyo po ang inyong Pabango sa humigit kumulang na 1 - 2 business days kapag Metro Manila or 3 - 10 Business days kapag probinsya.
2.4 Kung mali po ang Pabangong nai deliver, pwede po ba itong ibalik o hindi tanggapin?
OO. Pag kami po ay nagkamali ng idineliver, wag nyo po itong tanggapin at ibalik lamang sa courier na nag deliver. Kukontakin po namin kayo at ipapadala muli ang tamang Pabango. Bukod pa dun, bibigyan namin kayo ng Discount dahil sa aming pagkakamali.
2.5 Paano po kung ang aking order ay ipang reregalo ko?
Maari nyo pong gamitin ang "credit or debit card", "PayMaya", and "PayPal".
2.6 Nagdi deliver ba kayo sa labas ng Pilipinas?
Sa ngayon, ang PabangoPH ay nagdi deliver lamang sa buong panig ng Pilipinas.
3.0 PAYMENTS
3.1 Paano ko babayaran ang aking inorder?
Ang lahat ng aming Pabango ay mababayaran nyo ng CASH ON DELIVERY (COD).
3.2 Sino ang sasagot ng bayad sa courier?
Lahat ng mga order dito sa PabangoPH ay FREE DELIVERY. Wala po kaming delivery charge.
